Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Our waiter was amazing! I am gluten, dairy and meat free and he made sure that he catered for my needs which was much appreciated. He was also incredibly attentive, but not overly again much appreciated."
"Beautifully decorated restaurant with very attentive service. Prices are on the higher end but the food is innovative, super flavourful and portions are generous. We loved it and will definitely be back!"
"Food was good and priced well. So not too expensive. Service great as well. Was a quiet weekday night so not busy at all. Recommend booking though just in case. Could do with a bit of background music playing just to create a bit of an atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a visit."
"The restaurant was modern and clean as were the restrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. What let it down was the menu; we were informed after sitting down that there were some items not available which. Actually turned out to be five items and when the menu is on the shorter side anyway this didn’t leave as much choice. My wife had the salad which she said was nice but at Jamie’s Kitchen we probably had slightly higher expectations. I had the salmon, mushy peas tartare and shoestring fries. Salomon was cooked real well and was tasty but the show string fries were not the kind of fries you would have assumed them to be from my name, more like sprinkles of very finely cut and fried potatoes, I would have considered them to be more of a garnish."
"Only 4 star overall because of value for money on the price point. We only ordered the share plates as a starter, as we planned to do a bit of a ‘dinner crawl’ and started here. We had prawn croquettes, and while they were ok, there wasn’t really any prawn flavour or pieces of prawns inside. The texture lent itself more towards a fish and potato blend. The beef tataki had nice flavours but was very small for the price. Staff were wonderful, as was the decor and atmosphere."
"Overall nice experience and great food. Fresh dishes and ingredients cooked to perfection. Simple but high quality meals. Place is full around 19:00 - 20:00 then empties as many people go to different venues around."
"Served by a star? YES! We were served by stars because they made us feel like stars. Chef Flávio, Service staff trainer Juan and server Aum gave us great food and excellent customer service. Wednesday night was a challenging night for Jamie Oliver Kitchen Berlin. Did we notice? Not really. We’re from Dublin, Ireland and we can say Jaime Oliver should be proud of his team from Dublin to Berlin. Thank you for making our Berlin holiday a bit more special."
"We had an amazing experience at Jamie Oliver’s restaurant in Berlin! From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely spot on; friendly, quick, and super attentive without feeling overbearing. Now, let’s talk about the food. We went for the rib eye, and it was perfect. Cooked exactly how we asked, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they’re using top-quality ingredients here. Pair that with a great vibe and a nice drink selection, and you’ve got yourself an awesome lunch! Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Berlin and craving some great food and great service. Highly recommend!"
